Senate Puts Brakes on Hefty Bonus Tax

Senate Dems say they will try again next week to take up the bill after Senate Republicans said Congress shouldn't rush to push it through.

Dems hope to pass it before April 4, when Congress leaves for two-week spring break. House passed it swiftly Thursday.
