Obama’s First Justice?


Solicitor General Elena Kagan is widely regarded as a serious candidate for any opening on the Supreme Court under Obama.

Justices Stevens, 88, Ginsburg, 76, and Souter, 69, are considered the most likely to retire during Obama’s presidency.

Position of Solicitor General is informally thought of as the 10th high court justice, could be audition for a spot in the starting nine.
