FLOTUS to Students: “Don’t Worry About What Your Friends Say”


Michelle Obama tells D.C. high school kids Thursday that when she was growing up she was told “you talk like a white girl,” but she didn’t let it get to her.

“I don’t know what that means… don’t worry about what your friends say… Work hard, do your best.”
