Obama: Budget Is “Economic Blueprint”

The president again urges Congress to pass his $3.6 trillion budget, says it’ll “spark the transformation” for the U.S. to remain economically competitive.

Says Tuesday morning the budget isn’t just “numbers on a page” but an “economic blueprint for the future.” Full remarks here.

Comes after his meeting with Senate Budget Committee Chair Conrad and House Budget Committee Chair Spratt.
