Bush: Obama “Deserves My Silence”

The former president refuses to criticize his successor in his speech to the Calgary Chamber of Commerce in Canada Tuesday.

"I'm not going to spend my time criticizing him. There are plenty of critics in the arena."

Speech was his first since leaving office in January.
