Challengers to Gillibrand Emerging

Scott M. Stringer, the Manhattan borough president, said he's considering challenging Gillibrand in the Democratic primary next year.

Several members of the state's delegation in the House may also bid, though they'd have to take the risk of giving up their seats to run.
