Report: Obama to Propose Withdrawing Most Iraq Troops

Officials expect President Obama to unveil plans late this week to pull out 100,000 U.S. troops by August 2010.

As many as 50,000 troops may stay through 2011, the already-established deadline for full U.S. withdrawal.

Plan would fulfill a campaign pledge slightly behind schedule.
