Embattled Illinois Senator says he has no intention of leaving the Senate after being asked by his colleague to step down in Tuesday meeting.

Also tells Durbin he hasn’t made up his mind whether he’ll be a candidate in the 2010 elections.

Durbin tells reporters post-meeting that Burris will now have to deal with the Senate’s ethics committee.
