Bernanke: Economy Likely to Keep Shrinking

The Fed Chair tells the Senate Banking Committee Tuesday he expects the decline to continue for at least six more months.

Says that if the administration restores credit and financial markets, the recession could end in '09 and '10 “will be a year of recovery.”
