B. Clinton: Economy Will Be OK if Banks Nationalize

The former president tells CNBC that even though Obama doesn't want to resort to such a measure, it will be OK if they have to.

"The point I want to make to everybody is: whatever happens, we'll probably be alright, as long as we deal with it this year."
