Reports: Locke to Commerce

AP, WashPost and others say the president will likely tap the former Washington Governor as his third Commerce nominee.

Plus: Gov. Rockefeller says in a statement: "If Gov. Locke is chosen for Commerce secretary, I think he would be phenomenal."

Locke was the nation's first Chinese-American governor, serving two terms from 1997 to 2005.
