Obama to Name Stimulus Oversight Czar


The president will appoint former Secret Service agent Earl Devaney Monday to oversee the $787 billion package.

Will chair the “Recovery Act Transparency and Accountability Board.”

Devaney helped expose corruption at the Interior Department.
