The lobbyist who sued the NY Times over last year’s much-criticized McCain story says the paper’s being dishonest about their settlement.

Says the Times is wrong to deny it apologized to her, but can’t say more due to a confidentiality agreement. “This was a huge win for me.”

Meanwhile: Bill Keller insists the settlement came without money changing hands, without The Times backing away from the story.
