Holbrooke Begins Key India Talks

The U.S. envoy to Afghanistan and Pakistan is holding talks with Indian leaders on the last leg of a regional tour.

They're expected to focus on what India has described as "threats" from Pakistan-based militants in the wake of last November's deadly Mumbai attacks.
