Franken Acts Like a Senator

Identified as “Senator-elect,” the Democrat meets with a group of Minnesota mayors Monday to discuss the economic crisis.

He speaking to local officials this week "to learn what Minnesota's cities need most from Washington," campaign says in a statement.

Comes as trial over challenged ballots continues in its 16th day.
