Obama: ��Help Is On the Way��

The president tells Black Enterprise magazine he plans to leave Washington frequently this year to experience the economy firsthand.

Says he wants to ensure “the folks who are in Washington understand who they are working for.”

Also pledges to help states as their budgets “hemorrhage” and to beef up the Small Business Administration.
