Steele: Power Gone to Democrats’ Heads

The RNC chair says in his weekly address Saturday Democrats are trying to "force" a massive spending bill through Congress "under the guise of economic relief."

Says Republicans are willing to work on a package but "it will require fair-minded action from Democrats in Congress."
