1. Watch Jim Webb on the floor of the Senate trying to moderate the stimulus bill. See if he and other moderates can edit the bill so it’s satisfying to both sides of the aisle.

2. Watch to see whether President Obama can meet Sen. Webb in the middle.

3. Watch the president’s discussions with Nancy Pelosi and Rahm Emanuel as the middleman. The White House is trying to tone down the message on the stimulus coming from many liberal Democrats. Watch to see if the administration can be successful.
