Rolling to Power

The Obamas and Bidens arrive in Washington, D.C. after a day-long whistle stop train tour, beginning in Philadelphia. Biden joins the train in Wilmington, Delaware. Tells supporters in the freezing afternoon: "I tell you-- spring is on the way with this new administration." Obama also addresses the crowd-- read his remarks. Before leaving Philadelphia, Obama calls on Americans to emulate the courage of the nation's founders.
