Burris May Return to D.C. to Demand Seat

Politico: The Illinois Senate appointee intends to head back to Washington next week and demand he be sworn into office.

If his appointment isn't accepted he plans to file a lawsuit challenging the Democratic leadership's refusal to seat him.

Adviser says: "Unlike last time, there's now a sense that we've been forced into a corner and must be more direct with Senate leaders."
