Reid: Franken Won’t Be Seated Tuesday

The apparent winner of Minnesota's razor-thin Senate race will not assume the seat Tuesday, Sen. Reid's office says.

Franken cannot be officially declared the winner until Coleman's legal challenges are resolved.
