Obama Talks Up Stimulus in Radio Address

The president-elect dubs his economic stimulus the American Recovery and Reinvestment Plan, says it will aim to create three million new jobs and make long-term investments.

"And this plan must be designed in a new way - we can't just fall into the old Washington habit of throwing money at the problem."

Adds he'll be meeting with congressional leaders to discuss the progress of the plan next week.
