Coleman and Franken camps evaluate 1,350 unopened absentee ballots that local officials say were wrongly rejected.

Campaigns must agree on whether individual ballots should included in count that begins  January 2.

In latest unofficial count, Franken leads incumbent Republican Coleman by 46 votes.
