Blago Lawyer to Use Obama’s Internal Report to Make Case

Ed Genson plans to submit the president-elect's internal evaluation on his team's contact with the governor to the impeachment panel.

He says it will support Blagojevich's claims that he hasn't done anything wrong in his handling of Obama's vacant Senate seat.

The committee chair says Genson's request to review the report will probably be approved.
