Mike Duncan blasts fellow Republican Chip Saltsman for distributing a CD including the parody song “Barack the Magic Negro.”

“I am shocked and appalled that anyone would think this is appropriate as it clearly does not move us in the right direction.”

Gingrich: “This is so inappropriate that it should disqualify any Republican National Committee candidate who would use it.”

Duncan is running for re-election as RNC chair against Saltsman and others. Saltsman says Republicans have the “good humor and good sense” to understand it’s a parody.
