Former Presidents, Colin Powell to Participate in Inaugural Festivities

Carter, George H.W. Bush, Clinton as well as Colin Powell and D.C. Mayor Fenty will serve as Inaugural honorary co-chairs.

Obama, Biden family members and a slew of senators, representatives will also be involved in the Inauguration weekend events.
