The New York attorney general disputes a NY Times story saying he’s “fuming” over the Kennedy hype for Clinton’s seat on WGDJ Talk 1300 Monday.

“Am I stymied, frustrated? No.”

Also refuses to say whether he has expressed to Paterson his interest in the seat. “The conversations I have with the governor are private.”
