The New York mayor reiterates that he isn't endorsing Kennedy for Clinton's Senate seat, but does praise her Monday as he urges Gov. Paterson to make his selection.
"I think the governor should make a decision reasonably quickly because this is just getting out of control and everybody's focusing on the wrong things."
