Obama Confirms He’s Planning Address in Islamic Capital

In an interview with Chicago Tribune and LA Times, the president-elect says his tenure is a chance for the U.S. to rebuild its relations with Muslims.

Says the address -- to be planned with his national security team in the coming weeks and months -- is part of his global outreach.

Also says he expects to be sworn in with his full name: Barack Hussein Obama.
