Rice Looking to Expand UN Ambassador Role

AP: Obama's U.N. envoy-choice visited the State Department Monday, has suggested she wants to install her own transition team inside the department.

Such a move is rare, if not unprecedented, because the job is based at the UN in New York, where she already has a small transition staff.
