Minnesota Gives Up on 133 Ballots


Minneapolis officials announced they were abandoning their hunt for 133 missing ballots in the U.S. Senate recount.

Sen. Coleman’s campaign raised concerns that “political spin” by  Franken’s camp might affect whether they’ll ever be counted.
