Some comments after Obama's Monday presser:

NBC's Savannah Guthrie: "He wants to make good on all those campaign promises of change, and yet not have an administration that's full of new people who don't know what they're doing."

Harvard's Kenneth Rogoff on CNBC: "I think it's a good team. Obviously Larry is a very powerful personality, but Christie Romer is no shrinking violet, and Tim Geithner is very, very effective...."

Democratic strategist Steve McMahon on MSNBC: "The centrists that he appointed today, if that's what they are, are people who are designed to send a positive message to the international community."

CNBC's Steve Liesman: "This is a team that understands the onerous nature of taxes on the economy, but does not believe, unlike the outgoing administration, in the restorative, elixir-like power of tax cuts."

Pat Buchanan on MSNBC: "There's no doubt that Summers and Geithner... have the heft and weight. They're the important players here."

Rush Limbaugh: "He's making these radical proposals, all of this crazy, unaccounted-for spending, but he is doing it with an air of confidence and assuredness...." Read more of his comments here.
