Obama Wishes His No. 2 an Early Happy Birthday

The president-elect brings a dozen cupcakes to the pair's weekly lunch in Chicago in anticipation of Biden's 66th birthday Thursday.

"You're 12 years old!" Obama jokes, referring to the number of cupcakes. "Maybe in dog years!" Biden responds.

Also gives him a Chicago White Sox hat, a Chicago Bears hat and a bucket of Garrett's popcorn after the staff sings to him.
