World Leaders Will Have to Wait to Meet President-Elect

Nineteen foreign leaders will be in Washington Friday likely for the first time since the election to attend an emergency economic summit, but they won't get to chat with Obama.

Despite being invited by Bush, Obama has opted to stay in Chicago and won't meet any of the leaders separately.
