The president-elect delivers his victory speech in Chicago's Grant Park before a throng of supporters Tuesday night after winning the 2008 campaign. "It's been a long time coming, but tonight, because of what we did on this day, in this election, at this defining moment, change has come to America." Praises McCain as a "selfless leader," says he looks forward to working with him and Palin in the months ahead.
