The former president will identify 200,000 donors to his presidential library and foundation by the end of the year, as part of a deal to clear the way for Hillary Clinton to be named secretary of state. Live Earth India Concert Cancelled

The Dec. 7 event set to feature Bon Jovi, Roger Waters and others at the Andheri Sports Complex in Mumbai is called off due to the attacks.
