Biden: McCain “Used to Be a Close Friend”

The Democratic veep candidate -- who often mentions his friendship with the Arizona Senator despite running against him -- had a change of heart Saturday.

Says at a San Francisco fundraiser: "He used to be a close friend. What's being done, is a constant attempt to win by actually making, appealing to the cynicism of American people and the sense that government cannot work."
