The Alaska Gov. cites a disputed Washington Times report suggesting Obama encouraged an Iraqi official to delay an agreement to extend the presence of American troops while fundraising in Ohio.
"Obama apparently tried to undermine our government's official efforts to reduce troops in Iraq. If this is true, again, it is a stunning example of putting ambition above country."
Obama camp has denied that claim.
