Bush “Disappointed” in Bailout Bill Failure

The President expresses his unhappiness with the House not passing the legislation while speaking to reporters in the Oval Office.

Says he’s going to reconvene with his advisers to try to help figure out what’s next.

"Our strategy is to continue to address this economic situation head on. And we'll be working to develop a strategy that will enable us to continue to move forward."
