Ted Stevens’ Corruption Trial Begins Monday


The Senator, in the midst of a tough re-election fight in Alaska, begins his legal battle over corruption charges.

Stevens is accused of lying in Senate financial disclosure records about hundreds of thousands of dollars in gifts and home renovations he received from VECO Corp.
