The New York Senator tells Fox Business Network she has spoken with Obama about the government bailout plan, saying "I'm confident he's on top of this" and "understands the gravity of the situation."
"He is working with a number of very knowledgeable experts to be sure that he's kept fully apprised of all of these changes that are going on in the negotiations."
Like Obama, says she's "generally supportive" of the Treasury proposal, but thinks there needs to be accountability and oversight.
