LAURA BUSH, CINDY MCCAIN TO ADDRESS DELEGATES MONDAY

McCain camp manager Davis tells reporters that following the "business-only" session Monday afternoon both women will quickly speak to the group. Listen to midday call here. The first lady will introduce a video with the various governors of the Gulf Coast states thanking the delegates for their support. Following Bush, Cindy McCain will come into the hall to ask the delegates for their help fundraising for Gustav victims. Davis also notes they're opening a care package center Wednesday and a phone bank fundraiser in the Hilton hotel for Gustav relief. Gov. Perry will also hold a prayer session. Adds Gov. Palin will be working on her speech in St. Paul and enjoying some downtime with no public events. Says McCain has no plans to accept his nomination anywhere besides St. Paul.
