The Paper of Record says Obama has virtually settled on a running mate, and has focused mainly on Bayh, Kaine and Biden in recent days.
Paper reports an "elaborate roll-out" will begin with an early-morning alert to supporters as soon as Wednesday. Announcement will be followed by a trip to swing states by the new ticket.
