Six minutes in, aired interview with Condoleezza Rice on Georgia-Russia conflict.  Jake Tapper recapped Leach endorsement and explored whether or not the candidates "practice what they preach" on bipartisanship, citing surrogates and legislative records.

CBS: Led with Georgia-Russia ceasefire. Five minutes in, briefly mentioned McCain comments on Georgia and Obama vacation. Ran Jeff Greenfield piece on leaked Clinton memos. Reported "most eye-opening revelation" was Penn's strategy of pegging Obama as un-American and suggested McCain is pursuing that strategy.

NBC: Led with Georgia-Russia conflict. No '08 campaign coverage.
