Obama to Unveil Energy Plan Monday

The Senator will outline his "New Energy for America" program in Lansing, Michigan Monday morning.

Plan promises to give Americans an immediate "energy rebate," create millions of "green" jobs and eliminate the need for Middle Eastern oil in 10 years.
