Kaine Says Obama’s List “Seems to Be Getting Shorter”

The Virginia governor hints at his veepstakes potential to a local resident while visiting the carnival grounds in Chincoteague Island Tuesday night.

"There has been a long list. It seems to be getting shorter. And I'm still being mentioned. A lot can change day-to-day. But we'll see."

A friend then said, "I think he is at the top of the short list" to which Kaine chuckled without saying anything.
