Novak Explains Incident With Pedestrian

TMZ gets the conservative columnist's side of the story, reports that he was listening to NPR, didn't realize he hit anyone until stopped by a cyclist and won't fight the ticket.

Earlier: Novak is cited by D.C. police after reportedly striking a man while driving his black Corvette.

The pedestrian, a 66-year-old man, is hospitalized with minor injuries.

Novak tells reporters: “I didn’t know I hit him. I feel terrible.”
