The Minnesota Governor, speaking from McCain HQ, tells Fox News Obama “made up his mind before he went on (his) trip, so it really wasn’t a fact-finding trip because the facts weren’t going to change his mind….”
He also spoke on MSNBC, saying Obama’s comment Monday that he continues to oppose the surge “will come back to haunt him.”
