The presumptive GOP nominee slams his opponent who is traveling in the Middle East, calls him "someone who has no military experience whatsoever" during a joint presser with Bush 41.

McCain: "When you win wars, troops come home. He's been completely wrong on the issue. ... I have been steadfast in my position."

The former president says of McCain, "My respect for him knows no bounds." Still, he wishes Obama well on his overseas trip, says he hopes he'll get an especially warm welcome in Berlin.

Prior to the presser the two held a private meeting and fundraiser at Bush's summer home on the Atlantic in Kennebunkport, Maine.
