NRA to Launch $40 Mil Fall Offensive

Politico: $15 million will go toward portraying Obama as a threat to the Second Amendment rights upheld last week by the Supreme Court.

They plan to use automated phone calls, mail pieces, pre-election editions of the group’s three magazines to get their message out.

Also expected to use an independent expenditure effort to target Obama with TV, radio and newspaper ads in Midwest battleground states.
